Cheese...a mouse's favorite snack!  A lot of people love cheese too, so I thought I would tell you some cheesy fun facts.  =)

Cheese is made all over the world.  Here are some you may or may not know:  

• Italy:  Parmesan, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Mascarpone
• Netherlands:  Gouda
• United States: American cheese, Wisconsin Colby, Pepper Jack, Muenster, Monterrey Jack
• Belgium:  Limburger
• Switzerland:  Gruyere "Swiss Cheese"
• England:  Cheddar
• Greece:  Goat, Feta
• France:  Roquefort, Brie
• Denmark:  Blue, Havarti
